1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Nexity.
2. Labour-Based IT Services
IT support and labour-based services are billed for time worked. Once labour has been performed, that time is non-refundable.
3. Quoted or Custom Work
Quoted work, setup work, migration work, and custom technical services may be non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.
4. Hosting Services
Hosting services are considered active once provisioned. Unless otherwise stated in writing, hosting fees are non-refundable once the service has been deployed.
5. Digital Services and Licensing
Digital services, setup fees, software-related services, domain registrations, renewals, licensing, and email provisioning are generally non-refundable once processed or provisioned.
6. Recurring Services
Cancellation of recurring services must be made before the next billing cycle. No partial refund is due for unused time within an active billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Exceptional Cases
Nexity may, at its discretion, consider refunds, credits, or adjustments in exceptional cases, but is not obligated to do so.
