All Nexity services must be used lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm other users, systems, or infrastructure.
2. Prohibited Activities
Clients may not use Nexity services to engage in unlawful, harmful, or disruptive conduct.
- Break the law
- Send spam
- Distribute malware
- Host harmful or abusive content
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Perform network attacks
- Interfere with service availability
- Abuse shared infrastructure
3. Security Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, scan, probe, attack, or bypass security controls on Nexity-managed or third-party systems is strictly prohibited.
4. Email Abuse
Clients may not use any email-related service for spam, phishing, bulk unsolicited email, impersonation, or deceptive communication.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in enforcement action where required to protect systems, other users, or lawful operation.
- Immediate suspension
- Service termination
- Removal of data or access
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required
