Backups may be provided as part of the hosting environment, but they are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own current backups.

8. Uptime and Maintenance
Nexity aims to provide stable hosting services, but uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, software updates, third-party failures, infrastructure issues, or attacks may affect availability.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
Hosting services may rely on registrars, infrastructure providers, certificate systems, DNS services, or other third-party platforms. Nexity is not liable for issues caused by these providers.
10. Client Content
Clients remain solely responsible for the content they host and must ensure that their content and use of the service remain lawful and appropriate.
